Kuiēdikzù Se (/kuj/ /ˈdikzʊ/ [puddle] [stiff; stubborn; tight; narrow]) is a subtropical Town located in the Iēibonjām Region of the Tetbur Commune.
The name Kuiēdikzù Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Kuiēdikzù Se was founded by Syltus Pughankland, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Kuiēdikzù Se has a yearly average temperature of 28°C (82°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 31°C (87°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 25°C (77°F). Kuiēdikzù Se receives an average of 291 cm/y (114 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Kuiēdikzù Se covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 1082 m (3549 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Kuiēdikzù Se was founded durring the early 15th century in summer of the year 1443, by Syltus Pughankland. The establishment of Kuiēdikzù Se was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Syltus Pughankland struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Kuiēdikzù Se as a prison colony.
Kuiēdikzù Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kuiēdikzù Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Kuiēdikzù Se is buildings have been located at convienant points along the valley Kuiēdikzù Se was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the premissive baked earthen streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Kuiēdikzù Se's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. The top tier civilian fortifications has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
A look around Kuiēdikzù Se seems to be home to a quite vibrant and boisterous community. Everywhere one looks they can see people going out their daily business with a smile and a spring in their step. Children play loudly in the streets, causing untold havoc as youth are want and allowed to do.
Civic Infrastructure
Kuiēdikzù Se has an animal control department which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the control, impoundment, and disposition of animals.

Kuiēdikzù Se has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Kuiēdikzù Se's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Kuiēdikzù Se has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Kuiēdikzù Se has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
One or more crime bosses have a powerful influence within Kuiēdikzù Se. They may control crime within the community itself, or they may use it simply as a safe haven from which to direct their minions elsewhere. Local law enforcement may know all about them, but lack the strength to confront them and their paid or intimidated henchmen.
Kuiēdikzù Se's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century Loch Rila began to boil, and released a thick toxic cloud from beneath its waters which devastated , killing every person and animal in its path which could not escape the cloud. Oddly, the plants of the region flourished in the years after the disaster. An estimated people, livestock, and buildings were lost to the disaster. The disaster is referred to as the Heartbreak Wind.
